Happy Belated Valentine's!!

Hi friends!  kel from Scraps and photoGRAFFS here today with a simple card using Special Delivery - Heart Balloons.

How adorable is this little guy?!?  This is my way of saying a belated Happy Valentine's Day to you all!!  I hope everyone had a wonderful day or night... or week!!  haha!

I colored him up with my Copics and then added him to some super old paper that's been sitting in my stash for a while... and I'm talking years!  It's about time it got cut into!!!
