Pocket Letters

I am sure many of us who love to craft  have heard of the newest craze out which is Pocket Letters. It is like a combo of collecting, doing ATC, craft swap and being a pen pal all in one.

The basic format is to create ATC (artist trading card 2.5 x3.5) sizes and use a 9 page trading card page protector. You create each mini card and then add it to the protector. Behind each card you put a small craft product (buttons, twine, gems etc) and then in one pocket you put a letter to your pocket pal.

This is the one I created for one of my pocket letter pals with a Crafty Sentiments.

Such a creative way to use up scraps, RAK someone with goodies and make more crafty friends.  If you are interested in doing a pocket letter the founder of this idea, Janette Lane, created a website called Pocket Letter Pals and people around the world come together and set up swaps with other people.

Maybe I will see you there!!

Happy swapping
