Tutorial "how to decoupage a digital image"

Hi Crafters

Today I have my first tutorial for Crafty Sentiments Designs.

As part of my two cards makes from
CD Rom's which are for sale at the shop

The theme of this tutorial is 

HOW TO DECOUPAGE A DIGITAL IMAGE.

Using CD Rom called One for the Boyz

Step One

Pick an image you wish to decoupage

I picked the pre coloured image on the disc. 

There is already set of four of the image which
you can print out straight away

Step Two

Cut out three of the images close to the image edge

Leave one with white border around this will be your base layer

Step Three

Cut out one of the images with all parts (no 2)

Cut out next image leaving hat, head, waistcoat, trousers and shoes (no 3)

Last image cut out leaving hat, waistcoat and trousers no shoes (no 4)

Step Four

Take your base layer 

Add image no 2 with  foam pads place onto top of base layer

Take image cut out no 3 add foam pads lay on top of layer two

Finally take image cut out no 4 add foam pads and add on to of layer three

Should look like image below

Side picture after foam pads and attached each layer on top of each other in order

Completed Card using backing papers from the same cd rom
