Space Walking with Laura

Hi Stampers!

 

Laura here with a project debuting the adorable new Space Walking stamp! When I first saw this stamp the first thing I thought of was how cute it would be on a candy holder for “Pop Rocks.” These were one of my favorite candy treats when I was little! So my project today is a:

 

Pop Rocks Candy Wallet

 

To create the wallet:

 

Take an 8.5” x 5.5” piece of cardstock

 

Along the 8.5” side – Score at 3 3/16” and 6 3/8”

 

Take Designer paper to Decorate if you wish…

 

Your Designer Paper to cover the front will be – 3 1/8” x 5 3/8”

                                   to cover the back cover – 2 7/8” x 5 3/8”

                                   For the Inside Flap Piece – 2” x 5 3/8”

 

You will want to place your Designer Paper on the Inside Flap FIRST, then place your two Brads to hold the flap shut, and then place your back cover Designer Paper on. That way the back sides of the brads are covered.

 

To Create the Belly Band:

 

Take an 8” long piece of cardstock or Designer Paper and score at  2 5/16” on each end

Fold around and secure. You can mount your image to the Belly Band.
