I used Primrose the Mermaid from Crafty Sentiments and coloured her with my pens before stickling her tail and adding pearl dots.  The dp is MME Be Amazing and I simply doodled squiggles and dots round the edge before adding the lace and flowers.  Finally a few pearls at the flower centres to finish.
