Today I have my tutorial showing how I made this Surf's up card

Materials

three different shades of blue card

blue pattern backing paper, digi image, pens, cloud die cuts, pearl gems

final border die cut light blue card, 6 x 6 white card, glitter pen

Step one

cut two of the darker shades blue card 

5cm x 14 cm to fit the 6 x 6 card bottom

the third card make if half the size of the other two (this is the bottom layer)

Step two

Using your cuter, and the wavy blade, cut across the wide part

of the three blue cards, to give you a wavy wave line 

Step three

So to make the card

Put the patterned paper on the card first,

place the layers of the wavy topped card on top of each other,

on the bottom left corner at the fancy edge die cut card

add the cloud

 add cut out fish, 

using glitter pen add to the waves, 

finally add pearls and safat sentiment. 

Finished card
