Welcome Little One

Good morning Friends!  Today I want to share with you a card I made using this adorable stamp called Welcome Little One.  You can purchase her here.

I colored her with my Spectrum Noir Pens and cut her out using 2 different Spellbinders dies.  I just loved this frame tutorial I found on Splitcoast Stampers using the Nestabilities dies!  Some pattern paper, ribbon, paper doily and flowers from my stash finished her off.
